A gastronomy equipment wholesaler prepared quotes by hand, retyping items from the catalogue into a spreadsheet. We built a panel that generates a quote with dozens of items in minutes, with prices, discounts and availability, integrated with Comarch Optima.
The challenge
Preparing a quote for dozens of products meant retyping codes, names, prices and discounts by hand from the catalogue and the warehouse system. Hours of work, the risk of a pricing mistake, and a quote that quickly went out of date.
